What you have here is a nice, uniform looking design. For the most part the graphics are pretty clearly drawn, with the exception that there are three whiter pixels in the "link select" cursor that should be filled in. The simple design is not too distracting, and although I am not very familiar with Assasin's Creed past the name and knowlege of what it is, I am sure that it matches the game's design pretty well.
However, there are several things that I took away stars for.
1. You used the Windows Vista/7 busy cursor and just "black and whitened" it. This is not original.
2. It is a bit monotonous. Although uniform, most of the cursors look the same, there isn't much variety.
3. There is also a lack of functionality in some of the cursors. The resize cursors are the greatest problem with this. In order to be functional in the highest degree, a resize cursor should have the hotspot at the center of the resize arrows. In your design, this would not look good. Hence, we go back to the monotonous problem. The resize cursors should be redesigned so that they do not look the same as the others and can be made properly functional. Take care though, that they are still appear to be part of the theme. This fix should also be applied to the "precise," "alternate," and "Handwriting" cursors.
4. Those three white pixels in the "link select" cursor should be fixed.
Here's your "Report Card" as I see it.
Uniform design: +
Not distracting: +
Bad pixels in "link select": -
Loss of functionality in the mentioned cursors: -
Overall, it's a good concept, but needs a few tweaks.

I have taken away another star - now that I have discovered that it is not your own work.
I highly encourage you to upload only your own designs. I kinda feel like I wasted a really good reviw that could have gone somewhere else. I tend not to review sets that are not original.
