Anonymous after you downloaded the zip file, extract it. Then go to Control Panel > Devices and Accesories > Mouse > Pointers. Select the No theme (old cursors) and start to change them as their name suggests. Now you have the cursors. Don't forget to make them as a theme and you have them 😊
