I'm black

I never seen that page before.

I still am bummed out because I've been using RWCE for sprites I've been drawing for a game I'm developing, but I can't use it anymore because if I select anything from an image and move that selection, it automatically smooths the edges, and I want hard edges. I've literally deleted every setting file, and even went as far as to search anything in the registry that mentioned RWCE.exe or it's associated file types that are unique to it. It took me around 5 and half hours to do that. After reinstall, it STILL does it. I'm so bummed because I really understand that program. It's such a bummer. If ANYONE knows hjow to fix it, PLEASE let me know...
