change dpi without resize

is there a command in PhotoResize.exe to take a batch of images and set each of their dpi to a specific number (say 150) without resampling. So if I have a 1 inch by 1 inch/100px by 100px image at 100DPI and I want to set it to 200DPI it stays 100px by 100px but is now .5 inch by .5 inch?

Yes, to only overwrite the resolution in the header, use PhotoResizeD150T.exe
