How to resize and set Compression Quality to 100?

I'm not getting it...

Hi there!
The resize program works splendid but I do not understand how to change the default compression setting to 100. Please do not answer "Use the -qX command" because I can't figure out where I should type that...

In the later versions, you can use the it like this:
PhotoResize400Q100.exe

Or use the renaming wizard near the top of the PhotoResize home page...
