requesting a dausand icon please?

I don't know anything about making any type of cursors myself but I would love to have this: http://usera.ImageCave.com/Doggirl3/Image0084 (5).jpg as a cursor. It a picture of my little 4 legged baby. Please? If possible I wonder if the background can be off of the picture. Thanks in advance.
