Report Spam

I just received an obvious spam message (poor grammar, unrelated to the site, wanting to "send pictures" etc), how do I report it/the user?

The spammers are usually dumb enough to also PM me and in that case, I delete their account and all their messages. Otherwise, just PM me, or update this topic and I'll take care of it.
