How do I get my cursor I made to be nontransparent(Not see through). I just can not figure it out.

You can try painting behind the cursor image and recreate the cursor.
What software are you using?

you should probably describe what you are doing in more details, because this sounds weird

when drawing, make sure the opacity is not at 0%
