New user, wanting to know how to use this system.

Hi everyone, I just found out about this website and I find it very creative, just one thing; I've never done a system like this and if someone is wlling enough to teach me how to change my cursor, it would be much appreciated. I already downloaded a cursor pack, but I have no idea what to do next. Please help.

Initial, make sure, you have already downloaded the cursor to your computer as described above and you know in which folder the cursor file is.
follow these step if you have windows XP
First,

 In Start menu, click on Control Panel.Then, In Control Panel, double-click Mouse. Switch to classic view or navigate to Hardware and Devices section if you do not see the Mouse icon.
 3.Switch to Pointer tab.
 4.Select a cursor to modify and click on Browse button.
 5.Navigate to the downloaded cursor.
 6. Repeat for another cursor role and then click OK.
