Color problems

With this problem, no one can use the program

Today i was having fun making images, until one moment, when i choosed for example, a slightly darker blue, when i painted with this slightly darker blue, it becomes a dark blue, and if you paint with the dark blue it becomes a blacky blue
I need help with this problem
