My question is, is there a way we can create backgrounds for ourselves or others to use when they want to change the background via the dropdown menu on the bottom of most site pages? I noticed there are 10 to select from at this time.
Yes, you can change the background of this website to make white cursors visible.

Presently there are ten site backgrounds that registered users may choose from but there is no option to add custom backgrounds.
