Uhm, it looks like there is no image in that cursor. Is it the correct file? Since the is named ZLightning.cur, it looks more like a static cursor. Do other cursors work?

It won't let me create an animated cursor or open one. It's just animated cursors.
Maybe it is the same problem as in this thread.
The solution is to reset the configuration by running this command:
"C:\Program Files\RealWorld Cursor Editor\RWCursorEditor.exe" /reset

I'm not very computer savvy, how do I do that?
In Start menu click on run and copy the command including the quotes.

It's not working! I've reinstalled it too.
Reinstalling doe not help in this case. Then again maybe it is completely different problem. Please send the problematic file to info@rw-designer.com.
Wait...Vlasta said you saved the file as 'ZLightning.cur'. The extension .cur is for static cursors. Try renaming the file to 'ZLightning.ani' and see if it works.
