Spam Email

RW emails are always going to spam

Since a time ago, the RW emails I've received always went to spam, I thought that it was an error, but it continued, to solve this trouble I made a filter to never send RW emails to spam, and that works.
I use Gmail, I don't know if it only happens on Gmail, but it must be fixed because if someone doesn't know how to make a filter, they could never receive a personal alert notification email.
