Upload icons w/out editor?

I love RW software but I have not purchased RW Icon Editor (And don't plan to, because the GIMP seems to have the same features). I made some ICO icons and would like to share them on your site. Do I have to use your editor for this?

You can send the .ico files with their descriptions and eventually a name and description of the whole icon set by email to info@rw-designer.com

When the editor uploads the icons it also creates previews and detects the image formats in the icons. It could be done manually, but it would be a lot of work. A submit form used to be available for cursor files, but people did not fill it correctly and it was a big mess.
