Glad you asked! Monstercat is a Canadian recording franchise that started in 2011. These icons are from the complementation albums. The reason why he has no eyes is because he is actually an escaped science experiment. His headphones can actually play music, and he has lots of friends (artists that are signed under Monstercat).

I liked the diversity of colors but it's not the quality I imagined. This year 2020 you posted an image with only 32 pixels and it's not possible to see it properly when we enlarge the image due to degradation. The theme is cool.
This is more like 30 pixels. π
