Attempt at theme HOSPITAL Icons

THESE ARE FROM A GAME!

I did almost nothing!

All those bits of UI & room objects
were screencapped on the DOS version,
& thus bear the colours from THAT...
not sure if it's right to put 'em
alongside the Windows .exe icon
(colors differ on the Windows port).

To top everything off, the fringe pixels
on the arrows for Network were handled
in a questionable manner...

I discovered the existance of an unused
bin swivel animation, might update the
custom full bin soon.

TO DO :
-Redo full bin;
-Alt empty bin?;
-Many of these lack a 42x size;
