plus an idea for forum expansion Hi, I've been using RWPaint for all my art projets for the past 2-3 years. It was so perfect for my needs that I didn't need to ask for anything.
Because I didn't know ( 😞 ) it's scripting capabilities. Now I need ...

Since the next version is being developed now, I thought this is the best time for wishing stuff. So here goes: >
a Maximize button in layout editor dialogs

Me again. (hah, I'm drowning you in wishes) you know control points of tools can often be located outside of the canvas. But when zoomed in, these controls cannot be selected anymore. So my wish is that a zoomed viewport would not be limited strictly to just the canvas, but also include the area required to display those controls.
Here's an image that probably does a ...
font size is not a problem, it's Courier (UGLY!!), maybe at least you could default to Consolas.
^^ great! and yet another small suggestion: let the monospace font used in consoles be customizable.
in the commandbox, I get pixel coordinates like 200.5, 45.5 . And if I use integer coordinates, problems arise. Such as a 1-px wide line takes up 2 pixels. What is happening? Is there any way to go around this issue?

When I open an image with pixels colored ###,###,###,000 , they show up in a darker-transparent tone of the base color, but as soon as I select them they become 0,0,0,0 and display as fully transparent. I suppose the initial effect is intended, but s...

posted a script to do the job
Another variation that replaces all invalid transparent pixels (
reason) Set up a new command like this: Command : Document Operation Name : [0409]Replace Invalid Pixels Operation: JavaScript Operation: Raster Image - Mask Execution: // Paste the following js in the Execution textbox // replaces non-black 100%-transparent // pixels in selection / document wit...

another one: how about plaintext/readable appdata settings? Eg, the layout setting (at least) 😉
My opinion: I don't like the new icon for RWIE used in it's beta version.
It's not strictly an RW issue, but anyways: When I try to copy image/selection with transparent areas between different programs, transparent areas turn black/white. copy-pasting transparent images work flawlessly between RWapps though; say, Paint<...

I have a bunch of different layouts for different tasks (default, pixel art, animations). Mainly I hid unnecessary toolbar btns and ctx-menu items, and grouped most-used, or similar btns together. Plus multiple copies of panels :S . The configuration was a pain. I have nightmares that I might make a mistake, and have to start over again. So yes, the layout editor is a...
I do like the software! What I like most is the customizability. These apps can be as simple as you want them, and as complex as you want them. And the likeability keeps going up. RWPaint is the best of it's kind to me. The new beta for RW Icon Editor added all the best stuff from Paint into a already unique program. And RW Cursor Editor, it does all I can want to do ...

if images are drag-dropped from outside into RWPaint, it's always positioned to the top-left of the document. It's very irritating when I'm working zoomed up close. (I have to zoom out, move up to the top-left, drag the image to where I want it, whic...

"New Unicorn 3d Object" is much slower than current RWIE or standalone Unicorn3D. Is it due to my PC or improvement planned?
