Thank you for the compliments. I try to create high definition images before making them into icons. Many times this means restoring detail to blurry images or re-creating lost or damaged images.
Thank you! Yes, they take time to set up and polish the artwork. Some authors like to use the icon program to draw the images and then create the icon. I create finished artwork that has most of the effects I need and in the end it looks like a photo, but it's not. Then I convert that into the icon with some special effects.
Since it's for a business, you would have to make an arrangement with me, the author, for commercial use. If you get me your e-mail, we can talk about it.
Thanks. I didn't want to change the icon too much from the original that was provided in the HP software. Basically, it needed to be larger and hi-def, and then it needed to say what the functions were. I suppose I could make similar icons for the other printer brands, if people are interested, and add them to this set. Without owning the printers, though, I wouldn't ...

HP Printers Scanners Copiers Faxes Icon Set

Here are a set of hi-def icons for those who have HP printers, scanners, copiers, or faxes, or a multifunction of several. The icon that HP includes in its software is woefully inadequate, and gets lo...
5 ★ I agree..the artwork is very well done. The silver borders with the ruby red shading makes it pop. Can you make some with gold metal borders, too? How about gold & sapphire blue, or gold & emerald green? Great work!
I added Bristol, mainly because there is no other high-def image of its logo available anywhere, so I completely re-drew it.

Famous Car Logos Icon Set

Here is a set of icons based on the logos of famous, expensive cars. They can be used for applications that bear similar attributes to the car, as noted in some of the descriptions.
Thanks, Abby.I will probably add more before too long.

US Presidents Icon Set

A relative asked for icons based on US Presidents. He is supposed to do a report on the most recent 6 presidents, so he wanted icons under which he could store each report. I thought there might be en...

Rainbow Unicorns Icon Set

One of my relatives requested a selection of rainbow unicorn icons, so she can put them all over her screen for whatever reasons. She seemed pretty excited about these, so i though I'd share them with...
These are nicely done, jojois. I did the picture cards in a set earlier...have you seen them yet?
Thanks! If I know what applications people like to use these for, I can add names to the artwork, as well.
Thank you for your kind comments. They are so entertaining. i didn't know there was a demand for these as cursors. The rainbow plasma was done using a pattern fill tool in my art program. The plasma itself can be done any number of ways, usually by using a distortion tool on a basic rainbow. By the way, I am planning on adding a few more icons to this set, so now is t...
Thanks, Daniel W. I know the sergeants look kind of squashed, but that's because I wanted the final image to be as close to square as possible, since a square is the ideal icon shape. Actually, some countries use the same format with the wider look, so they are really found in some places.
Somebody requested cars from the ebestcars.com.uk website, and I see that many are already in this set, except for Alpina, which is truly a hand-assembled luxury car with a cool logo, so I added it as well.
Koenigsegg and Vauxhall are added. I would like to add every car logo in existence, past and present, but the set would become unwieldy. However, I am keeping track of the special requests, and if there are enough for a subset, say of British car badges, or whatever, then I will create other sets.
I have added a couple of requests. Rover is already on there.
Sorry for the delay in some of your requests, but I think they are all added now. Although Chrysler wasn't necessarily "famous" when this set was created, the fact that it is emerging from bankruptcy with some decent growth has enhanced its fame. The others all have their claim to fame, as well.
SixAxis: Thanks for getting the jokes...that's actually how it all got started..."Rolls Royce for expensive applications that run so smoothly that you can't even tell they're running."
