The unused "dispatch cropduster.cur".
The file "dispatch plane.cur" is used instead,
& it's a duplicate of "dispatch police.cur".

Also, it had some kind of corruption :
the site rejected it, as did
the two builds of the editor.
An other trial editor I still have
for the thumbnails could open it,
however, I used it as reference to
re-draw it, pixel-by-pixel.
