This is an Abyssal Whip from RuneScape, it's style is that of 2008. The main use for the Abyssal Whip was to use it for training the Attack Skill on RuneScape. It was only dropped by one monster, the Abyssal Demon. To get to the Abyssal Demon, a player would have to get 85 slayer to even attack the monster, and then make it through all the monsters in the Slayer Tower located in Canifis, East of Varrock. To get into Canifis, one would have to complete the Priest In Peril quest to pass through the trapdoor. In 2011, it is sold for about 400,000 Gold Coins at the Grand Exchange. It's original price varied from 1,000,000 Gold Coins to 5,000,000, Gold Coins. It is not an animated cursor, but a simple cursor that you can move around.
