It's almost electric. It almost looks like a circuit board with flashing LED thingies LOL. Since nobody uses the Handwrite cursor, I gave a reason for that by making it short circuit, throw electrical arks, and spew puffs of smoke. Several optionals included. [Made with Greenfish Icon Editor.]
