it looks like you made them with a custom size instead of the normal 32x32 size. if I'm right about that then they would look better if you changed them to the default. still a good job though

oh,now it makes sense but you made them to be cursors and cursors don't work emoticons,now it doesn't make sense to me again you could have just made them icons or did you thought that when making them ANIMATED cursors they would ANIMATED emoticons

I made them in 32x32, but I didn't use smoothing. some of them were smaller to make room for the effects, such as tears. also I plan to make more, but I do not know which ones to make, so I told people to tell me in comments.
(just so you know, megaman was only put there to show it works.)

i love the animations but maybe you could attach a pointer to the emoticon so it's easier to use as a cursor
