Animated Probe Diamond Cursors

My opinion on animated cursors is that they shouldn't really detract from the intended purpose and i think for some of these you just kind of added animations for the sake of adding them, rather than for a good idea.
However i give massive exceptions to the following:
- move prove
- text select
- precision select

because those animations are clean asf, and you aren't using those cursors for extended periods of time so it isnt that distracting.

However i do think that cursors that have an obscured hotspot are generally annoying to use. especially for ones such as normal select where the contrast on the actual center of the diamond isnt made clear meaning when selecting precisely its hard to gauge where the hotspot is.
