for anyone confused on how to do it on windows 10. when u download this file, you need to find it in your downloads and right click it. tab down to "Extract All...". after doing so, go to your start menu and search "Cursor" to make it easier for yourself and click on "change mouse pointer display" or whatever pops up. itll open a setting for you to be able to browse your files and then you can choose your cursor from downloads c:
