Nice, what are the location select and person select for? Because i don't use windows 10, i use windows 7 because it isn't infected with bloatware

You spelt metallic wrong. Rename the title of this cursor set by correcting the spelling of the word.

I am also a Windows 7 user like you VISTA. The Location Select cursor role is for finding map locations on Google Maps, and other maps online. The Person Select is for pinpointing by clicking on a person's location on a map or maybe on a person's profile.
