You need to move your hotspots! Not bad, but normal doesn't match the style with the rest of the cursors.

You are correct. The hotspots are in the wrong place. That does not mean that the overall design of the cursors are bad. The design is perfect, but the cursor horsports are wrongly placed. The hotspots is where you click you cursor. The hotspot is only 1x1 pixel in size.
