The Eyewitness virtual museum softwares
used these alongside whatever cursors
set by the user as normal selection & busy,
probably meant to go with the defaults...
Somehow, a madlad managed to run
one of the programs on a Win10 machine,
& the flat, blue, Windows Metro busy spinner
would appear whenever a section or exhibit
was loading...
now, if I could find it...

We have BIRD, CAT, & EarthQuest
(localized, much to my surprise),
but I can't install 'em,
can't install a Win2000 VM,
& thus had to re-sprite them
from videos on YouTube...
in fact, THE HOTSPOTS MIGHT BE OFF!
