Nice! Could you fix the working in background and link select cursors, though? It's not easy to tell where to click with the working in background cursor and the link select animation makes part of the right side of the image chop off.
I have never seen a cursor set with ambulances, you sure are pretty original!

Working in background is the middle of rhythm and the link select is supposed to do that
