its a collection of emoticons that i had saved and then turned into a animated emoticon mouse cursors set ill try and do more sets but i am not taken credit for any of the emoticons i just wanted to make a collection of the emoticons that i feel would work great as animated mouse cursors and bring some life to the mouse cursors i have seen some in the gallery that is animated but however they are not lively enough to me this is why i came up with the idea to make animated emoticons into animated emoticon mouse cursors i hope u enjoy this and i will be trying to do more of these types and maybe some out of gif's as i do do some photoshopping work
if u need to know how to install these u first need the program called winrar to extract the zip file which for the winrar u can download it at this link u may need to right click and hit copy then pright click paste into ur browser but heres the link

just download and install one of the winrars and then on the zipfile right click then hit unzip to the specified name of its folder which would be the frogmans collection cursor set

thier is no need for a program to put these into cursor file format i already did that before i put them into the set
