I noticed that you know how to position HotSpot. But there's no point in disguising it... because some cursors still contain HotSpot in the wrong position. Usually when I see that the person knows how to position HotSpot correctly, but is too lazy to correct errors, the penalty in the evaluation is usually more severe! Cursor resizing is thyng serious. But not so serious the errors that I found here. One good thing is that blue hourglass; which has a good look.
