Just go to the control panel, search for the mouse settings, pointers tab, browse button, search cursor with corresponding role, do with all 15 roles, OK button, done!

Using smallcaps will make your sets not pop up in searches, because for a computer Glow is completely different from Gʟᴏᴡ.
