Green Wheels Roles Cursors

This is a Green Wheels Roles cursor set that I have created based on a request by someone named GhostGlitch on the TenForums website.

This is a re-colored version of Windows 10 wheel cursor roles. The blue outlines and pixels were removed and I added a 2-pixel thick inner and outer cursors on all the wheel cursor roles. I have also fixed the missing animation frame on the Working In Background cursor role.

In addition to add that I have added a "Working In Background" cursor role with a re-colored green mouse pointer. I hope you are satisfied with all the changes and fixes I have made.
