Heart Pulse Pastel Super Bright Cursors

Like the fizzy sparkle set, it has pastel rainbow hearts that pulse with sparkles, but with more intense colors made to be more visible against dark backgrounds and slightly slower color changes to ease the overwhelming nature of the increased color saturation.
