The Busy and Link Select are alright but the rest need something.
I think you could do better and thus do justice to Kassadin.

I asked a player and they indicated that the cursors were not so bad and were based mostly on his abilities. I have upped the rating by 1 star. 
Fix the hot spot on busy cursor and i will rate 5 stars.
But now 4.
