Version 3: Busy & Unavailable cursor redesigned
Version 4: Added animation to the Normal select & Alternative select cursor (It plays every 60 seconds)
Version 5: Reduced animation timer 150 to 60 to Normal select & Alternative select cursor due to bugs & redesigned Precision select cursor (Also added non-animated Normal select & Alternative select cursor if the bug persists)
