Oxy Light Blue Cursors

The Oxy Light Blue is an opposite to the Oxy Pink cursors on my profile. This cursor set contains 15 cursors within the cursor set. This light blue gives a cool feel to the user who want to have a light blue cursor set on Windows. Various shades of blue were used to make the visual effect of this cursor set. There are two animated cursors to represent busy actions for waiting processes in Windows.
