Plain Black [HOTSPOT FIXED] Cursors

Some plain black cursors originally made by chrisyco: cursor-set/chrisy-plain-black

I fixed all the hotspots because they were in the wrong place. The credit goes to chrisyco for making this set, I just fixed the hotspots.

I also added roles to every cursor so if you have the RW Change Cursor 2.0 you can use them instantly by double-clicking the .crs file.
