Upload the revised version then click 'Modify' under your set description.
Add the revised edition and delete the remove the old version from your cursor or icon set.

To delete the old version from the website you will then need to go to your user junk page. A link is available near the top of your profile page,
"Delete icons and cursors not included in any set.".
