Do I really have to rate it half-5 stars because of a lack of a rainbow hourglass like in Posy's cursors? And also for the lack of a location and person select... Otherwise, i'm going to rate it best!
Me too. Those are one of the best rainbow cursor sets on this site.
You need to import your custom cursors in the mouse settings in Control Panel of your Windows operating system. It's easy.

You could of made the hand and other static cursors fully animated as well.
