Rainbow Static Still Cursors

This Rainbow Static Still cursor set comes from a user called SilverYoshi on DeviantArt. This set originally comes with 14 cursors, so I reworked one cursor role that was missing. The missing cursor role was the Working In Background cursor role, so I took the Busy cursor and copy and pasted a pointing arrow and resized it down to make a drop pointing arrow below the parent arrow pointer. Now, there are 15 cursor roles in this cursor set. Both the Busy and Working In Background cursors are animated. All the other cursors are animated.
