The Hot Spot for the precision select is in the wrong place.

Most of them look good, but many of the hotspots are offand the precision, busy, and unavailable cursor's fire is blurred and the white background from whatever you cut it from has not been removed.

as other ppl said the hotspots for some of these are in the wrong place
u cud also work on teh actual fire animation and add more frames it looks quite jarring
and the precision and busy flames are poorly scaled down leading to blur - what you want to use is a pixel-perfect scaling like nearest-neighbour scaling when scaling pixel art to retain the jaggies.
