ALL 🏙️ Simcity3000 ᵘⁿᵘˢᵉᵈ ᶜᵒˡᵒʳ ᵇᵐᵖ Cursors

As I mentioned here : cursor-set/simcity3000cursors-b-w
Simcity 3000 also has a bunch of unused,
poppy-bright, bitmap-format cursors,
roughly one for each black&white one.

This is A PART of 'em,
but not quite ALL of 'em.

I'll deal with that on another occasion,
in the mean-time, please enjoy this
substantially complete set.

Release serie 2bis !

Very minor update :
-Added the (baseball) ballpark colour cursor, possibly coming from early &/or US-specific releases.

Back in release s.2 :
-Added EVERY SINGLE OTHER coloured .bmp cursor hidden in the game's subdirectory \Apps\Res\UI\Shared\Cursors
-The "fire cursor.bmp" meant for building
a fire station got two variants, one as it might've appeared in-game, one with the artifacts fixed

Back in release serie 1 :

-Normal selector;
-Query & help arrow cursor.bmp;
-Wait.bmp hourglass
-A trio of edited WiBs, the normal & help arrows,
as well as the wedge from query, with the hourglass;
-The bitmap instances of the unused resize&move cursors;
-Raise, lower, & level terrain;
-Bitmap of the unused "place sign" cursor,
here proposed as a text selector;
-Build library cursor, for an alt help;
-Museum bmp cursor for person selection &
landmark bmp cursor for location selection;
-Anchor point & pan arrow resizers & move.
