it means "Working in Background".
The green one is now Link Select".
Have changed it.

A good effort and nice design.
A few issues though I find it hard to tell that the cursor for the working in background role and busy role are actually designated for that role.
This set could probably do with completing so it has a cursor for each of the 17 cursor roles.
All you’re cursor hotspots are in the correct place.
