I'm not a teribbly huge fan of all "normal select" cursor sets as I like to apply whole themes at once. That's not to say you didn't do a nice job however. 
I would suggest placing a black outline around the black and white one however; the other ones have an outline, and that one should too in order to keep in line with the rest of the theme.

You should make these into an actual set. I think that these are pretty good, considering they are a first set you've made. Also, you need more of them added and a bit more detail would be nice.
