NOT TO SKIP DESCRIPTIONS!

These assets are FROM A GAME, I did nothing really.
Some of these aren't real cursors seen in-game,
but rather, edited material (if you played you'll notice,
and if not, check the file names... graphics that
aren't in-game cursors are named "custom" & similar).

The game was released on both DOS & Windows.

Because the 256 DOS colour slots are given values chosen by the devs,
and the Windows port probably sticks to
the default 256-color palette that comes with the system,
I kinda assumed the DOS version colours
to be the more proper.

Almost every hotspot was VERIFIED, with the help
of footage recorded via oCam, played on VLC,
screencapped & pasted on gimp as separate layers...

HOWEVER

The build mode cursors are problematic to verify...
they seem to be either in the middle(hand)
or mid-right pixel(resizers), or offset by one extra pixel on the right.
I went with option1, as it seemed more proper.

The game's resolution was a humble 640x480 px,
ergo I recommend once again the cursor resize tutorial :

On Windows10&11

write "size" in the start bar,
click "Change Cursor Size",
set the slider to an uneven number :
1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15.
Then, apply a cursor set made from these!

On Windows 7 & prior

go to "run",
type regedit in the window's text bar,
the Registry Editor opens,
go to the directory
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Cursors
(you can copy-paste it in the window's top bar),
right-click on the "CursorBaseSize" value,
left-click on "Modify", then check "Decimal",
& change the value from 32 to 64, 96, 128 (all multiples of 32).
This change will apply on the next restart.

RELEASE SERIE 1 BIS!
Minor additions :
-The smaller slider from the hospital policy screen
(the text tags were cut out for
practicality & canvas restrictions);
-A witty variation including the tag, reading TEXT;
-The asterisk caret from the enter your nickname screen ;
-A I letter repurposed as an I-beam, from the same screen.

Included in the original release :
-All in-game cursors with the normal resolution graphic setting (included two colour-glitched syringes);
-Custom vertical, horizontal resizers &
pointing hand based off the build mode cursors;
-Two Amiga-esque WiBs, made by combining
the normal syringe with the busy room Zs,
the 2nd one has extra shadows on 'em;
-Custom WiB, busy, help cursors based off the staff/patient selectors & the in-game emotes. Also an arrow-less machine select if you want it for the busy role;
-The GO button hand, cut out & pointer upward.

Possible additions :
-Zs with shadows?
-Better visibility resizers? (shadows? Give 'em a red gradient?)

why is there a money symbel.

Devs probably thought it would've been witty to put a Dollar-sign cursor in the Bank Manager screen - by ꧁Ꮯʋꝛ̢ ⳽σ̴ꝛ̢⬩Ꮯⱺ︠͡ ɭȴٟᥱᥴ ︠Ꞇῗٟσ̴ᥰٟῗٟst꧂ on December 3rd
but its about hospital, right? - by bacon on December 4th
Oh hey, a reply! Pardon my delay. Indeed it is, albeit they work like private clinics (budget, charges on patients) & we get to deal with fictional, humorous conditions like the bloaty head, kidney beans, & the "king complex" (an Elvis larp obsession - by ꧁Ꮯʋꝛ̢ ⳽σ̴ꝛ̢⬩Ꮯⱺ︠͡ ɭȴٟᥱᥴ ︠Ꞇῗٟσ̴ᥰٟῗٟst꧂ on December 5th

neat!

Combining this review & the other, the overall rating is perfectly balanced, as it ought be for most rips - by ꧁Ꮯʋꝛ̢ ⳽σ̴ꝛ̢⬩Ꮯⱺ︠͡ ɭȴٟᥱᥴ ︠Ꞇῗٟσ̴ᥰٟῗٟst꧂ on December 5th
