Can you add the Location Select and Person Select cursors for those who are wanted to theme those cursors for the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update compatibility?

Here's the screenshot. This is the Mouse Properties in the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update -- in the Pointers tab, they introduced two new cursors needed to customize: Location Select & Person Select.
