I think you should use tools that would make your cursors more uniform. Also, the link is clearly not a hand. If you cannot draw hands well, you can try other ideas like a flashing cursor.
I really like your transparent cursors. You are missing two cursor roles and your hotspots for cursors other than arrows are in the wrong place.
