You know RWCE can make traditional cursors automatically, right? :P There's a button with a cursor on it that says "Make arrow shape" if you have your mouse over it.
But if you want to make it yourself, try either not giving your cursor a tail or changing its angle. Instead of making it go to the right as far as it goes down, only half as far might look better (Or 2/5 as far, if you want to be precise).

This is horrible and ugly. The quality is bad and the cursor keeps on flicking on and off. i do not recommend getting this. delete this now. 😞
