The animations are really awesome. They look very organic and smooth on the link role. Good job on making them 3D!
I really love the animation on unavailable Role, it is pretty apt for it.
The arrow through the heart is awesome, Location role is awesome too. Just a personal preference, I'd use the link cursor for Busy as it plays a looping animation nicely, and have another design for link select.
Keep up the awesome work.
