waeon SF ut99q3a Cursors

"waeon_SF_ut99q3a" is a cursor set, a little "old style" plastic/futuristic color code.
Inspiration comes from Unreal Tournament (goty99), Quake 3 arena, and GameSpy and others games around that area that had some plastic-ish futuristic designs.
I tested (used) them for 4 months over a custom darktheme. I hope you like them.
I release them to Public Domain. Whoever wants them, can use/modify them.
